Empowerment Fest-2024 CPDL Family has undertaken an initiative titled "Empowerment Drive-20" to create a benchmark for our family members. This initiative allowed us to explore our abilities and assess our shortcomings and rewarded us with a culture-building process, which includes a range of skills from planning to execution, from documentation to demonstration, from challenge identification to troubleshooting, from setting deadlines to discipline, and from review to reconciliation.
